I have a good monitor with 240hz (https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/asus-rog-swift-xg258q-25-1920-x-1080-pixels-monitor-6646009). However, it only produces this performance with an HDMI 2.0 cable as far as I know. Can I connect my PlayStation 4 to it with this cable to be able to enjoy the 240hz?

I don't think that will work with 240Hz, because the PS4 can't output 240Hz. However, the following should not be a problem at all.
