I have a Garmin Edge 820 but the Garmin Premium heart rate belt doesn't work for me, question: would there be another type fi belt that is compatible and works?

According to my information, the Premium heart rate chest strap should work well with the Garmin Edge 820. Please contact Garmin directly for product support.
