Question about ASUS Rog Strix Z270e Gaming
I have 6 fans in my enclosure. Do the 6 slots including the CPU cooler count? Are the 6 slots enough?

According to the manual, the board has the following FAN connections:
1x 4-pole CPU_FAN
1x 4-pole CPU_OPT (Secondary CPU_FAN)
1x 4-pole AIO_PUMP (for water pumps)
1x 4-pole H_AMP_FAN
1x 5-pin EXT_FAN (Required for an external ASUS FAN controller card, cannot be used for a FAN)
2x 4-pin CHA_FAN (Actually intended for case fans)

Even if you were to use all the connectors besides the CPU FAN for case fans, you would only have 5 connectors available.
I recommend the use of so-called "FAN splitters" or a "FAN controller" to get more connections for case fans.
