I have 2 PCs and would like to be able to switch to 2 monitors chained with DaisyChain via the switchbox. Is that possible?

Of course that is possible. However, a switchbox with only 2x DP input would be sufficient. The monitors are already connected to each other. I assume you chose this because of the high bandwidth 4K@120Hz.
