Question about Icy Box IB-DK2106-C

I have 1 screen, 1 keyboard and 1 mouse connected to my HP Pro Book. The screen, keyboard and mouse work perfectly. But the notebook won't charge. Is there a defect or another problem? I urgently need help, otherwise I will return the Icy Box.

It may help to update the Icy Box, otherwise replace it 😉...

That's why I sent it back again. As it worked with the business laptop, it's probably the laptop.
