Question about Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra
I find it unbelievable that a 1200 franc Samsung device is delivered in a box that is too big and not padded! If you have run out of bubble cushions or pieces of Sagex, crumpled newspaper would be an option. Sorry - but that's not possible!
Unfortunately, a known problem at Digitec/Galaxus. I have already received several broken packages.
