Standby was very poor at first, almost needing more power than in operation. After a few software updates, the problem is solved and I am completely satisfied with my S21 Ultra. One battery charge lasts up to 2 days in normal operation.
You must have registered by 25 July at the latest. Otherwise you will lose the promo. Unless Samsung is accommodating, but I wouldn't bet on it. I can't imagine that the device will still not be available by the end of July.

Someone who orders the device in his name and then uses it in his spare time and during the day for his needs would definitely be an end customer in my eyes (He does not trade in smartphones, after all).

You are right. That is correct. I bought two of them here, at Digitec, for the price of 1249 CHF each and so I wasted 188 CHF. That is not very cool. Digitec would answer that the prices are adapted every day. Which would not be much comfort.
Sure, as long as it is the same port (USB-C) and the correct voltage is used. The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra as well as the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra support up to 45W (5A) that charges from 0% to 80 - 90% within approx. 60 min.

hello. the promotion is running after all......is stated on the website. at the top it says with a free additional product. and further down under the tab "With a free additional product" everything is explained.
The promo runs via samsung anyway and the buds are sent by samsung after registration....so it doesn't matter through which retailer the purchase is made.

I am not a photo professional myself, but the camera is really strong. Exposure, colours etc. are much better on the phone than on any "real camera". The details also look great. Only a real-life test will tell you whether the difference from the p30pro is worth it. I maintain that I wouldn't be able to tell straight away which phone took which photo. The only thing that helps is to try it out for yourself. What I liked about the Samsung is the really strong zoom and the good image stabilisation in video mode.
Only you know whether you need 512GB. I live very comfortably with my 256GB and always have memory free. However, I also load films, series etc. onto my device. So far, I have never had less than 50 Gb of free memory. You have to judge for yourself how big your "data needs" are. Because of the RAM and the CPU power. For everything that "normal" people do on a mobile phone, it is fully sufficient as it is now. I don't know any application that benefits from 16 GB RAM on a mobile phone. Games (I don't play much but the kids do from time to time) all run very smoothly and frame rate friendly.
I hope that's enough for you? The best thing is to test it in a shop. Your device, the P30pro, is still quite a good thing. The Samsung can also keep up well with my wife's iPhone Xs. Just Android vs IOs. The Samsung hardware is also more up-to-date.

So I wouldn't do that again this year, to get the Snapdragon. With the Exynos 990 (Galaxy S20), the difference was already considerable. It's definitely different this year, the Exynos is in no way inferior to the Snapdragon, I know, despite its bad reputation.
There are no language problems with the Snapdragon, you can switch. Most of the networks should work, although I can't guarantee that 5G, VoLTE and wifi calling will work properly. Samsung or Google Pay do not work at all, as far as I know. You would only have support if, for example, digitec sold the Snapdragon version and then only here. This was seen with the Note 20. Otherwise, however, you have no warranty in Europe, as these devices are not intended for here. For all these reasons, I got the Exynos version and I'm extremely satisfied, which I wasn't with the Note 20 with the Exynos. In other words, the risk of services such as VoLTE or even wifi calling not working would simply be too high for me. Sure, you have the Snapdragon inside, but with such compromises, no thanks.
