I don't quite understand 5G NSA and SA. This device now has 5G standalone. Does this currently still offer me disadvantages with regard to the Swisscom network, especially in terms of coverage? The upgrade for SA is still in progress, isn't it?

I couldn't find anything specific to your request, but I don't think there should be any disadvantages. If you want to be sure, I would ask your provider.
