Question about Apple iPhone SE (2nd Gen)

I currently have a contract (elsewhere) that I have to cancel (60 days) because I wanted to take advantage of the three-month subscription offer. Can this subscription start as soon as the other one is cancelled (in March?)? How do I proceed? Would it be possible for someone to call me about this? If so, 5pm would be great.
