I connected a charger to the 12V to charge batteries, but did not reach the 120W output power! After an hour, the 12V connection switched off and when I switched it on again, an overload occurred and since then none of the outputs have worked! Is there a solution here?

This sounds like a serious problem with your Xtorm XP500 Power Station. Here are some steps you can try:

1. check the fuses: Some power stations have internal fuses that can blow if overloaded. Check the user manual to see if and how you can check and replace the fuses.

2. reset the Power Station: Try switching the Power Station off completely and disconnecting it from the mains for a few minutes. Then switch it on again and check whether the outputs work again.

3. check the connections: Ensure that all connections and cables are in good condition and have no visible damage.

4. contact the manufacturer: If the above steps do not help, contact Xtorm customer support. They can give you specific instructions or arrange a repair. Under the following link you will find the contact details https://www.xtorm.de/pages....
