I compare these 4 scanners: https://www.digitec.ch/Comparison/5692394-7040638-5692337-5692400 The following question about the 2700W: 1) What does without archiving software mean?! 2) Is it not possible to scan photos? 3) What is the max load per day? 4) Is there no scanner software?
1. you have to archive on the OC.
2. you can scan any size. I didn't need pictures except for my ID card and that worked quite well. 3.

1) Was bedeutet ohne Archivierungssoftware?!
The scanner works on its own, not dependent on a connected computer.
It stores the pdf file/s on a USB-memorystick. One then moves the USB-stick some computer (perhaps an Apple computer or a Unix, or maybe even a Windows computer) , which can read the pdf file/s.
2) Kann man keine Fotos einscannen?
Probably not. The scanner is intended mainly for A4-paper and similar stacks of paper.
3) Was ist die max Belastung pro Tag?
After maybe every 5000-10000 pages the scanner should be cleaned. Dust accumulates in the scanner, and for example the wheels moving the paper become slippery with dust, and the paper will jam.
4) Gibt es keine Scannersoftware?
No, the scannersoftware is a part of the scanner, it has an internal microprocessor with internal software. It does not need external software in an external computer.
