Question about smart Scart to HDMI Converter
I come with a new question. I have the same problem as with the other converter I tried before: I get sound but no picture. My TV shows blue screen with "no signal" information and the VHS video recorder is PAL/NTSC PB. The specification from the converter says about NTSC3 and NTSC4. Could it be that NTSC PB is something else that may not be compatible so it can't work? thanks in advance for help, and sorry for asking it as a new question, but I didn't know how to follow up the previous question.

I bought the same device in January 2021 and also had problems. Too long ago to remember the details, anyway it didn't work. (Just my device faulty, or a fundamental problem?)
Digitec credited me the amount. However, I then chose a different product:
Marmitek Connect AH31 (analogue -> digital).
This worked straight away and still does today.
Please note: You cannot use the Scart plug directly; the input is 3 coax (see photos of the product).

Hello DreamyLu, set the VHS video recorder to ON PAL TV instead of PAL/NTSC PB in the menu. Consult the video recorder manual. Greetings, Fredi Blindenbacher
