Question about Sensirion SHT31 Smart Gadget

I can't connect my Smart Gadget to the Sensirion mobile app. My smartphone (iPhone 11 pro) can't find the device. Does anyone have a tip on what this could be?

I also have an iPhone 11 Pro and was able to connect it without any problems via the Sensirion MyAmbience app. It is important that Bluetooth is activated on both devices. With the Sensirion Smart Gadget, you have to press the white button at the bottom left for a few seconds to activate Bluetooth.

Even if I have bluetooth on both devices, my smart gadget does not appear anywhere in the MyAbiance app.
