Question about Aukey Pro

I have / had the same problem. The camera can allegedly only focus properly from a distance of 1.5m. It is therefore unusable for "normal" video calls. I therefore sent it back (also because it permanently stopped working on me and only produced still images).

I have the same problem. The quality is very poor. I already regret the purchase.

Windows 10, MS camera app, no additional drivers and (important!) the Pro mode is NOT activated in the settings.
I just shot a video from about 50 cm back to a distance of just under 10 cm - and the Aukey focused correctly and without any problems. At the "normal" screen distance of 80 cm, it also works perfectly.

Also for me....totally out of focus. Even without PRO mode....nix of autofocus or something....will probably go back if Digitec doesn't have a solution here.

I haven't had a chance to try them out yet. But what I'm hearing doesn't sound promising.
