I bought this product and was looking forward to using it. Unfortunately, the in-ear headphones do not hold in my ear cups. I have tried all 3 attachments and no size works for me. Does anyone know the problem and have a solution? I can't return the product anymore.

Unfortunately I don't have a solution for this - I'm mega sorry that the attachments don't fit your ear cups. :-(

But you could try to sell the headphones second-hand.
