i bought this printer in the spring and print quite a lot. i am extremely satisfied with the print quality! However, there are always problems with the connection to the laptop (wifi). currently, the print job starts audibly, but aborts before printing - there is no print job in the queue afterwards.
Printing from a mobile phone always works without a problem.
Does anyone know this problem and can give me tips on how to solve it?

Hello Regula. I have also had the printer since spring and had the problem almost every day until I needed a new laptop in November and since then I have only had this problem 1 time. I don't know why it didn't work with the old laptop.
