I bought this monitor and I am happy with everything except the colour quality. I know that this monitor has a TN panel, but the panel has an enormous yellowish tone. The white looks enormously strange and black is not seen as black but as grey. Is there any way to minimise this yellow tone or is there no way?

I also use these things, but I can't confirm this. It is most likely the night mode that is leading you astray here, otherwise possibly check with other cables.

Have you checked that the night mode is not activated? This reduces the blue component considerably, I had also activated it by mistake.

Try doing the Windows colour calibration. Search for Colour Management. Then Advanced --> Screen Calibration
