Here too: Device given away for Christmas (3 weeks ago). After an estimated 30 CDs have been played, they are pulled in, supposedly "read in" and the message "No CD" appears. The drive motor does not seem to turn the CD (nothing audible).
Are there any solutions from Digitec?

After almost 2 months, the CD player can no longer read CDs. I made a warranty claim.

I also bought this device. Basically it is very good and offers a variety that is hard to find at this price (Bluetooth, Internet radio, DAB, FM, CD player). Sometimes it loses the WLAN connection, but since I don't know if it's the WLAN or the device and I don't listen to Internet radio that often, I can get over this. I haven't had any problems with the CD player yet...

I have been using the same product for several months without any problems. I haven't had any difficulties so far, it runs to my utmost satisfaction. I can only recommend it.
