I bought the mavic air 2 flymore combo package and so far so good but when I want to fly the drone stops connecting to the controller after four hundred metres and comes back. My question is therefore whether I have something wrong in the settings or whether this is always the case because certain people fly over 11 km with it. So I don't want to get in my own way and am asking this question and hope for an answer. Thank you😊

Look in the app under Settings (three dots at the top right) and then under Safety. There you can set the maximum altitude and flight distance.
