I bought one almost a year ago and now for whatever reason the "slave" sockets don't follow when the PC turns on. It has worked up until yesterday and I can't fix it, I have to restart my PC 5/6 times before it decides to turn on the monitors and other peripherals. I turn on my PC which is plugged into the Main socket and it turns on everything else for like a second and then turns everything off in the slave sockets.
The PC needs more power at the beginning. Maybe the limit is set too low. Turn down the sensitivity a little.
In my case, the power strip has been in operation for years without any problems or malfunctions.
Why don't you ask the manufacturer?

You may also have connected too much to the master socket (max. 2300W).
