I bought an ALTA about 2 years ago, printed a few parts and then stopped using it for a while. Although everything is still installed as it was the last time I used it, the software no longer starts. Neither from the desktop, nor directly when selecting an existing file. I have downloaded the software from the manufacturer and installed it again. Does not start. During the installation it said something about a free 1 month subscription? I don't want that and it wasn't in the product description before I bought it!
Do I have to buy another product or is there a possibility to use this ALTA again without Internet and without any subscription?
