I bought a powerbank model: Xtorm XB203 27'000 in December. Since yesterday, charging external devices at the OUT1 to OUT3 connections no longer works! Smartphones can only be charged at the IN/OUT/PD connection. Battery charge status 100 %. So far, the entire battery capacity has been used maybe 2 times. Does anyone have experience with this model and can help me?

I have the same problem. I'll have to report an RMA to digitec. Let's see what happens! It's probably a problem with these things.
