I bought a KitchenAid food processor in June 2023. I'm very happy with it, except that a wire on the whisk has come loose at one end. If I report a faulty item to Galaxus, it says that you have to return the item in its original box, with all the accessories. However, I think it's a bit much to return the whole robot when only the whisk is faulty. That's an awful lot of weight to carry around. All you'd have to do is re-solder the wire. I'd have done it myself if I had a soldering set. Is it possible to return only the whisk for repair?
