I bought a Bosch MUM9AX5S00 OptiMUM (5.50l) mainly for kneading yeast dough. I am more than satisfied with the kneading process. Unfortunately, I have extreme difficulty removing the dough hook from the machine every time. Can anyone give me a tip?

Loosening, only works in one position of the dough hook.
I always press the small disc down slightly, as described in the introduction, but if it doesn't work, I turn the dough hook a little. In practice, this means that you have to try several times with the dough hooks in different positions until you find the right one.
Between the "attempts" you should not turn the dough hook much, otherwise you "miss" the right spot and have the feeling that it doesn't work at all.
So press patiently and turn little. I hope that helps.
