No - or yes. I have had similar problems with the Surface Dock since the beginning, regardless of the screen model. With the first one, the screen started to 'shake' from time to time, even with a high-end USB-C cable. In addition, sometimes no signal went out on USB-C: the computer does not recognise a screen and the computer does not notice anything. The first problem with the shaking went away when I replaced the dock. The second problem could only be solved if the dock was disconnected from the power, screen and computer and then reconnected. The second problem can be avoided if the computer is only connected and disconnected from the dock when it is switched on (=screen on & logged in).
Basically, I like the concept that everything is connected with the one, magnetically held, connection. Unfortunately, however, the manufacturer has not understood the idea of a dock at all: I expect from such an expensive dock that you can connect the computer in a closed state and then start it by pressing a button on the dock (without opening the computer). This is a basic function for experienced manufacturers. In addition, a dock must always connect without any problems. Conclusion: Nice try, but absolutely unsuitable for business.
