I am trying to connect the monitor via USB-C to a MacBook Pro (16", 2019). But no picture is displayed. What could be the reason for this? (The MacBook Pro is charged as soon as I plug it in).

Which cable do you use for the connection? The cable supplied with the monitor or the Apple charging cable?
