I am having problems with my Acer H277HU Simpuz. It doesn't seem to connect to my Macbook Pro 2017 (seems to be a general problem: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e7pi4KsQGjc). Is there any way to work around this with a hub, or can you help me out?

Works in the meantime - simply update the software of the display (contact Acer support if you have any questions). After that, it also works with the new MacBook Pros.

Appropriate USB-C cable with TB3 or USB >3.1 required!

For me, it usually works without a problem MBP2017. About once a month, nothing works. Restarting the MBP and power on/off on the Acer always solve the problem.
