Question about DJI Air 3 Fly More Combo (RC 2)

I am at a loss at the moment, I have sent in my DJI RC2 controller because it won't charge, now I have received a (new) controller. However, the controller won't charge either. I have already tried various cables and charging adapters. Can anyone test whether the controller can be charged with the AIR 3 battery hub? The battery should be flashing continuously or not? The drone batteries with the hub can be charged without any problems.

Hi, Vara. Happy to help.
I've been using Air 3 for a few months now, and no issues occurred. I can charge the controller from the socket and with the battery hub, both with the original cables and any other cables. While charging with a battery hub, all lights are flashing, on the battery hub and the controller. I just had to press the power button on the hub to start charging the controller. When the controller is 100% charged, its lights stop flashing, but the hub still flashes. Let me know if any more questions.
