I am actually very satisfied with the headphones. But now the charging case seems to have somehow fallen out of my pocket. I think it would be a shame to completely replace the headphones, which are still fairly new. Would it be possible to reorder just the charging case?

About a year ago, I asked Galaxus customer service about this. They even checked with the manufacturer, but unfortunately it wasn't possible.
