Nonsense, the pump itself has a filler neck on the top. Just remember to hold the radiator underneath the pump when you open it ;)

Not at all, is an AiO system that is not intended to be opened. However, there is a screw on the radiator which is used for filling - but this is at your own risk and probably also without warranty.
