How resilient is the anti stick coating ? Is it actual Teflon or is it something else ?

I have had the Steam & Air Fry 700 since the beginning of November 2024 and use it a lot. My experience is that the non-stick coating is resistant.
Of course, I clean the Air Fry with washing-up liquid and a cloth and not with a sponge, which is abrasive.
