Question about Max Hauri maxTEX Cube

Max. Output power according to Max Hauri homepage:
USB A: 12.0 V / 18.0 W
USB C: 12.0 V / 18.0 W
Total (USB A + C): 5.0 V / 15.0 W

However, these figures are illogical. The power of a single port would be higher than the total power. In fact, USB C can transmit max. 20.0 V with max. 5.0 A = 100 W.

The description states: "Thanks to one powerful USB-A and USB-C port each with fast-charge function, batteries can be charged within a very short time. ". However, the power specifications on the homepage would be rather "weak" and are sufficient for a mobile or tablet at most. For a convertible, 18.0 W is definitely too low.
