As a rule of thumb, if the UPS has been stored correctly at the dealer's (temperature and duration are important), the following applies: approx. 5 years under optimal conditions - the battery and the inverter are the components that "wear out". The more optimal the temperature (for the batteries), the longer the batteries will last or retain their performance. The inverter wears out anyway.
But: I've also had UPSs that were 10 years old, well operated, and still held out respectably... but I wouldn't bet on it ;).
