Normally a coolbix consumes about 50W so you can use it for about 1h15' with 70Wh of battery power

70 w output is nowhere near enough for a cooler that doesn't even run. it will have +- 500 w peak.

This depends very much on the performance of the cooler, we recommend asking this question to the manufacturer with the specifications of the cooler, they can then make up a calculation with a time.
