Question about Steffen Power Remote Radio Set
How high is the power loss of a plug? I.e. how much energy does a plug consume for itself when the consumer is switched off? This is not stated in the specification at https://www.steffen.ch/de/fact-sheets/1204380-13.pdf. If someone has the possibility to measure the power loss, I would be grateful for an order of magnitude.
I haven't measured it, but this article gives some house numbers for other makes: https://www.digitalzimmer.de/artikel.... Steffen's part will hardly be much different.
between 0.2-0.3 watts when switched off, but approx. 0.6-0.8 watts when switched on.
Without a consumer (during an overnight measurement), the plug consumed a maximum of 0.276 watts.
I measured it once, but the fuel consumption showed nothing. Not even after 24 hours. Either the current is so low that my meter cannot measure it or there is simply no consumption.
