Question about Elgato Cam Link 4K
How fast does it output video (for live streaming)? While waiting for my camera to arrive, I connected a video camera HDMI to it... Sony HDR-CX405. The videocam spec says 1080p at 50/60FPS. Through my Elgato the 1080p was noticeably out of sync and some hand movements were lost. Switching to 720p, there was still a delay but shorter than at 1080 and most hand movements were captured in video. https://www.sony.ch/fr/electronics/camescopes-handycam/hdr-cx405 I am concerned that audio will not be in sync with the delayed video. Hoping a better device will stream faster.

The Out of Sync thing mainly came form software configuration.
On some of them you have sliders to correct delays, but BEFORE THAT you have to find the option that let the Hardware Manage/Control it.
You have some options in OBS and StreamLabs OBS.
But also with your Audio Card.
