Question about Lenovo Thinkpad Dock G2
How exactly is it possible to connect 3 4k monitors with this? When I connect my 3 1440p monitors, one is at 1440p, the other is kind of 800p, and the third is just off. I'm doing all this on a Thinkpad T480 with Windows 10.

I had the effect when the dock was connected to only one USB3 port. After switching to Thunderbolt, I was able to run both monitors at 4k.
