Question about Brother QL-800

How does the printer behave when printing in series, e.g. 1000 labels, when the roll of 400 labels is finished? Does the print stop, can you change the roll and continue ? Or are portions necessary ?

Helpful answer

The machine displays an LED indicator and the status monitor on the computer also indicates that the roll is empty. As soon as the roll is replaced, the machine moves on to the next label at which printing has stopped.
