How compatible it is with a Huawei pro 2 Smartwatch? Very similar to Huawei?

Same here. You need the Huawei app store installed and you need to install Huawei Health app. Not really a noticeable issue.

I actually use a GT 2 pro watch and it works without issues. Just that you will need to install the app via package from Huawei, not from the Android store.
