Unfortunately, this is not so easy. Send it via the Microsoft App or by e-mail. But GMX blocks the receipt of such an e-mail.

We solved it by sharing. We created a "Scanner" folder in the Windows user directory, created a separate user with a password (because the customer's main user does not use a Windows password) and shared it with this user. Then, via the network dashboard, I created a speed dial programme with a scan profile. I must say that I have never had to do this in such a complicated way with a printer manufacturer.
