How can I change the number of hearts to 144 and (I currently have 60) deactivate the heart display?

You can change this in the operating system, e.g. Windows 10 -> right-click on the desktop -> display setting -> scroll down -> advanced display setting -> you can change the refresh rate there if the monitor supports it.
