Hey, you can use 2 layers of Airfreier. But if you only use one layer it works better. You can make yoghurt with it. All kinds of lentils, goulash, rice.

a bit smaller, but I could fry easily potatoes for 4 or a chicken just on the trivet. it's very very fast compared to a normal oven
