I have been using the ET-4550 (with double-sided printing) - but otherwise identical - since July 2016: during 1.5 years I have made almost 35,000 copies (approx. 50% colour) with the printer.
Everything without problems - from time to time "print head cleaning" then it goes on ... often not with original inks... 
I am very satisfied and would buy an Ecotank printer again immediately!
Scanning, printing, copying: very positive results (I don't use fax at the moment).
OS X and Win7 as well as iOS operating systems work perfectly (mobile phone with Epson Ap).

Very successful printer - cheap to run, many good functions and easy to use.
