Question about Lexmark MC3326i

Scanning multiple pages via the automatic document feeder should actually work. Actually... However, if I scan more than 10 pages, an infinite waiting loop and complete PC crash follows!!! (I'm sure it's not the PC's fault!)
I was also asked to enter my user name and password when I started the machine, which I did. Because of the extremely small display, I had to repeat this several times. Unfortunately, an error occurred somewhere and I can no longer access the settings.
So I sent an email to the support team asking for a password reset. After about 2 hours on the phone and countless redirections, I received a repair estimate of CHF 462.05!

I'm not prepared to pay that and so I still can't open the settings.

For these reasons I can NOT recommend the Lexmark printer.
