Hi, the headphones I ordered do not switch on and do not go into pairing mode. Did exactly as described, charged them for 1h before first use and now they don't work. Thanks for the help!

Do the leds light up when plugged into the charger? They should blink green during charging. If no, then try a different cable. If still no then send them back for replacement.
