Hi, my Gigaset S850HX does not work well with these batteries (reboot all the time). Should I take the 800mAh (the original ones are 750). The same with Swisscom Rousseau 310! Thanks

The mAh denomination indicates the duration of a battery charge and not the power output. Perhaps the batteries are damaged.

Try another brand like Varta:
Varta Batterien Akku AAA 4Stk. (Akku, AAA (Micro), 1000mAh, 4Stk.)
