Hi. I work on an iMach late 2012 and connect via Citrix to the business which works on an MS platform. I bought this speaker specifically because it said it would work with MS and iOS and now I can't connect to Skype for Business to have my meetings. Why? Thank you and greetings, M

The problem is most likely not with the Jabra product. Make sure that the expected sound is audible on the Mac's built-in speaker. You or a SysAdmin in the shop may need to make adjustments to Citrix so that the sound can be transmitted to the host computer (in your case the Mac) at all. Good luck ... ;-)
I use the Jabra Speak by connecting it directly to my notebook, where the Skype application is also running. This works fine for me. As far as I know Citrix, the programmes in Citrix run within a "container" that is closed off from the "outside" (such as USB ports for speakers and microphones). I would ask the administrator of your Citrix system for advice. The problem does not seem to me to lie directly with the Jabra Speak product.
