Question about Sapphire Radeon RX 580 Pulse

Hi I have a macbook air and bought the Razor case and this GPU to record my gameplay on drr switch with elgato HDS+ Um. But somehow it does not recognise the GPU... the GPU only runs when I eject it from the Mac
