Yes you can. Your Mainboard has 2 intern USB Connecters.
1 x USB 3.2 Gen 2 (up to 10Gbps) connector
1 x USB 3.2 Gen 1 (up to 5Gbps) connector support additional 2 USB ports
Just connect the cable to one of those connectors.
