My case is the following: I have a Samsung TV with HDMI connections. Then, I have an Arcam Solo Neo, with only RCA inputs.
Would this converter allow me to connect my TV on my Arcam to have the TV sound on my speakers?

This product is a video converter, not an audio converter, so it won't allow you to connect your TV's audio to your Arcam Solo Neo. It converts analog video signals to HDMI, which is primarily for video output, not audio. If you need to connect your TV's audio to your Arcam, you would need an audio converter or a different setup that supports audio transmission.
